Admissions Process

Here’s how you can begin your journey at Heritage.

Step 1: Request an Information Packet

Fill out this short form, and we’ll email you our Information Packet, filled with information to help you in your decision-making process about our school, including curriculum, mission, and values.

Step 2: Come for a Visit

We invite you and your family to visit Heritage and experience our community firsthand. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our Principal, connect with teachers and students, and get a genuine sense of student life at Heritage.

We would be delighted to welcome you, answer your questions, and show you what makes Heritage such a special place to learn, grow, and belong.

Step 3: Submit an Application

Submit a signed Application for Enrolment. The application includes general contact information and specific student information, including special educational needs (if applicable), as well as health and immunization details.

Step 4: Meet with the Principal

Schedule a time to meet with our Principal. This is an opportunity to discuss your Application for Enrolment, including how Heritage may be equipped to meet the unique learning needs of your child(ren).

Step 5: Review the Registration Package

The decision to accept an application will be made as soon as possible. If the application is accepted, a Letter of Acceptance will be emailed to the parents. If the application is denied, the Principal will phone the parents to explain the decision.

Step 6: Receive the Application Decision

Review the Registration Package and submit a signed Enrolment Agreement, Tuition Commitment Form, and a $200 non-refundable Registration Fee per family that will be applied to your Family Ledger Account. Click here for more information on tuition and financial aid.
